A Ribbon-Cutting Reunion

ECS4Kids grew by 108 tiny feet following the recent ribbon cutting for our Good Shepherd center!

What made this ribbon cutting especially meaningful was that it wasn’t ECS4Kids introducing a new partnership. It was a reunion with an old friend.

Good Shepherd has served ECS4Kids families in the past, and we’re excited to welcome the center back into the ECS4Kids family. As part of the renovations, we embraced a softer color palette designed to create a calm, welcoming environment for our students, while using their original artwork to bring in pops of vibrant color and personality.

The connection between Good Shepherd and ECS4Kids runs even deeper. Members of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd have served on our Board of Directors throughout the years, making this partnership part of a much longer story of service to Jacksonville families.

Founded in 1870, the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd has been a part of the Jacksonville community for more than 150 years. Now, we’re excited to continue that legacy by serving 16 Early Head Start and 38 Head Start students with the same love, care and commitment that have defined this relationship for decades.

Here’s to an old friend, a new chapter and 54 little humans that are ready to grow!
