ECS4Kids grew by 108 tiny feet following the recent ribbon cutting for our Good Shepherd center! What made this ribbon cutting especially meaningful was that it wasn’t ECS4Kids introducing a new partnership. It was a reunion with an old friend. Good Shepherd has served ECS4Kids families in the past, and we’re excited to welcome the […]

Once again, TNT Impact, the Gainesville Hub of Operation Impact, has extended its philanthropic reach to support the mission of ECS4Kids. Over the past two years, they have donated classroom supplies as well as holiday gifts to children and staff across Gainesville. Access to healthcare matters, especially in a child’s earliest years. According to the CDC, nearly 16% of adults living below the federal poverty level lack reliable transportation—a major barrier to essential care. Through hands-on experiences, participants distinguished between product art and process art while connecting relevant ECS4Kids policies to high-quality instructional interactions and authentic child observations. The session reinforced how […]

Each activity is designed with a purpose. Through a magnetic fishing game, children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye […]

At Pop Up Safety Town and Safe Kids Day, children and families had the opportunity to learn important life-saving skills through interactive activities focused on pedestrian awareness, water safety, dog bite prevention, fire and home safety, […]

On May 14, ECS4Kids debuted Color the Future, a reimagined gala experience built to feel like the joyful, creative spirit found in ECS4Kids classrooms: bright, fun, interactive, and full of heart. The evening was a meaningful celebration of 60 years of impact and a successful start to a year of anniversary stories and moments still […]
